Our founder, Abbey Dernoga, has been curating shows at Lather for over a decade. The intention set in creating a functional, community-forward space has resulted in partnership with Philadelphia-based artists, performers and small businesses. Lather’s dual function as a gallery and salon intentionally pushes the boundary of how visitors can interact with a gallery space and will continue to do so in a way that is sustainable, thoughtful and inclusive.
